Job Title: Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Technical SpecialistLocation: San Jose, CA/Hybrid Position Summary: The Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Technical Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics). This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce, data analytics, and business intelligence to translate business needs into impactful analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Design and build advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics. Develop custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business needs. Implement data integration processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability. Data Management and Integration: Collaborate with data teams to integrate multiple data sources into CRM Analytics. Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing processes. Manage data flows and pipelines to meet analytical demands. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze analytics requirements. Translate business needs into technical specs and design documentation. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM Analytics solutions. Identify and resolve data integration and visualization issues. Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance. User Training and Support: Conduct training for users to ensure effective utilization of CRM Analytics. Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues for users. Maintain documentation, including user guides and technical manuals. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce CRM Analytics features and best practices. Identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiency. Contribute to developing the analytics strategy and roadmaps. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) or similar platforms. Proven track record in designing and developing analytics solutions and visualizations. Skills: Expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Lightning, and Apex. Experience with data integration tools (Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, APIs). Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or relevant certifications preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
