Employer Industry: Renewable Energy Why consider this job opportunity: Competitive base salary with industry-standard compensation packages Open PTO policy and flexible work hours 401K match and solid health benefits Opportunity to work with a transparent Executive Leadership Team Engage in the growth of renewable infrastructure solutions for the grid Fully remote position, allowing work from anywhere in the USA What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, and tax incentive strategies Partner with stakeholders to create and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools for corporate financing and renewable project assessments Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risks by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends affecting the renewables sector Assist in advance-level discussions in the utility-scale renewables, transmission, and battery storage fields What is Required (Qualifications): Project finance experience in Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical data clearly Ability to quickly learn and participate in advanced discussions in the utility-scale renewables space How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with advanced project finance deal execution Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
