Drive innovation and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, Cloud, and Developer Productivity. Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to define and prioritize feature development and project timelines. Mentor and guide team members to continuously improve their skills and contribute to the growth of the team. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Proactively identify and address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the storage infrastructure. At least 3 years of experience managing engineers in an AI and Cloud environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
