Alutiiq Information Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has an opening for a Database Administrator . This position provides support work for data and reporting activities under the Navy's Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Ashore Program. Assists with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders. In addition to providing directional & technical support involving multiple tasks/projects to include, but not limited to, the following: Support and supervise documentation of configuration change management procedures as needed. Responsible for the tracking of equipment and execution of the process controls, ensuring that staff comply with process and data standards. Directs, prioritizes, and schedules audits; ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits is carried out. Oversees activities relative to the purchase or sale of equipment, materials, products, or services: Estimates of cost of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness and accuracy. Basic understanding of NAVFAC AT/FP policies and procedures. Basic understanding of USN principles and process. Experience with a thorough knowledge in configuration management principles and use of US Navy applications. Ability to analyze, maintain and recommend changes to the contractor's databases and all of its modules using Microsoft Access and Excel. Ability to procure and conduct assessment and approval of Asset Data submittals from ATFP Ashore Contractors to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support the management and transfer of Government property during system changes. Build/maintain reports for material spares analysis and operational requirements of each task order. Responsible for creating and updating data for meeting agendas, Monthly status Reports, and Biweekly status reports. Pay rate: $81,769 Annually Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related field. Four (4) years of experience on a U.S. Navy C4I Contract. Qualified candidate must currently hold and maintain an Active SECRET Security Clearance. Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen. Proven administrative experience. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
