ERP Systems Analyst Senior

About the team Worldpay, LLC seeks ERP Systems Analyst Senior in Cincinnati, Ohio to analyze user requirements to determine EPM system configuration or customization, evaluate business need for system customizations, and produce technical designs for identified customizations. What you will be doing The ERP Systems Analyst Senior will analyze systems specifications and uses the latest analysis tools to represent business or technical processes in a system solution. Additionally, the role will: Code individual modules and functions as identified through technical design, develop conversion and implementation plans and ensure successful implementation of EPM system changes, monitoring changes for increased efficiency. Take proactive measures to ensure optimal application and system performance and work with EPM systems architect to address any performance issues. Write and execute thorough technical test plans to ensure EPM system changes are working properly including the use of batch scripts, online processes, databases, or interface files. Ensure migrated changes are properly implemented and available to users. Coordinate with EPM business analysts and other internal professionals to define detailed requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with clients and translate into configuration or customization technical design. Determine most effective technical approach to define and resolve identified problem(s) with assistance and minimal client impact, through research and knowledge of EPM systems and applications. Provide new and innovative alternative solutions to EPM system and application challenges. Participate in the agile ceremonies and assists the team with PI planning preparation and user story creation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system development tools and languages; working with EPM system configuration and security; performing Oracle cloud integration and automation solutions with EPM Automate and DM (Data Management); performing Oracle EPM on premise solutions in a global environment including knowledge of FDMEE (Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition) and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator); operating in an agile scrum team using Agile software including Rally and/or JIRA; utilizing relational databases including MSSQL and Oracle DB with relevant ETL solutions; In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
