JOB SUMMARY The Senior Manager of IT at Innovista Health Solutions is a hands-on technical leader responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, telephony systems, call center technology, and ERP integrations. This role requires both deep technical expertise and leadership to ensure secure, high-performing IT operations while actively troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing cloud and network environments. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal teams and vendors to implement, maintain, and enhance IT solutions, driving Azure cloud migrations, network security, VoIP telephony, and call center optimizations to meet the organization's evolving needs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Azure Cloud Infrastructure Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure virtual machines (VMs), storage accounts, networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers), and Azure Active Directory. Monitor and optimize Azure performance, cost, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Cost Management. Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), role-based access control (RBAC), and multifactor authentication (MFA). Implement security best practices, including Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel (SIEM), and Defender for Cloud. Troubleshoot and optimize Azure networking issues, including ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and firewall configurations. Ensure business continuity by setting up Azure Site Recovery (ASR) and backup solutions. Network Infrastructure Configure, manage, and secure network devices, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs (site-to-site and remote access). Optimize and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability for mission-critical applications. Implement network segmentation and Zero Trust security models to enhance cybersecurity. Telephony and Call Center Technology Manage and configure VoIP systems, including SIP trunking, cloud-based telephony. Optimize call routing, ACD, IVR, and CTI to improve call center performance and customer experience. Troubleshoot telephony issues, working directly with carriers, vendors, and in-house teams. Integrate call center systems with CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms for seamless business operations. Cybersecurity and Compliance Implement and enforce security policies for Azure, network infrastructure, and telephony systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 1, and other industry regulations. Monitor system security logs, investigate incidents, and mitigate risks using security tools. Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans. Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide Tier 3 support for Azure infrastructure, networking, and telephony issues. Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated IT incidents and implement long-term solutions. Document and maintain system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements 5-7 years of hands-on IT experience in Azure infrastructure, networking, telephony, and cloud migrations required. Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, Virtual Networks (VNets), VPN Gateways, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, and Security Cente required. Strong expertise in firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, and network troubleshooting required. Experience with VoIP, SIP trunking, call center technologies required. 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role, managing IT operations and projects required. Experience in healthcare IT or highly regulated industries is a plus. Microsoft Azure: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305), or similar preferred. Networking: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred. Security: CISSP, CompTIA Security+ preferred. Telephony: VoIP or telephony vendor certifications (Cisco, Avaya, or similar) preferred.
