Accounting Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Prepare and file all sales tax returns across multiple states. Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and sales reports. Assist with the audit process, as necessary. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 10+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles. Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and people skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
