Job Description: Bank of America Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions Group is seeking a leader of the Capital Markets sales desk. The position will primarily be focused on leading the internal Capital Markets specialists in the sales, marketing, and education of Market Linked Investments (structured notes) to Financial Advisors. The position will also be responsible for managing the operational tasks for the internal desk and collaborating with the Head of Market Linked Investments Sales on strategy. The Market Linked Investment Specialists train and support Financial Advisors (FA) in the appropriate recommendation and utilization of Market Linked Investment Products. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor the internal sales desk team. Oversee operational tasks of Capital Markets desk. Create effective sales desk campaigns. Foster collaboration between internal and external specialists. Partner with Market Linked Investments origination team to maximize efficiency between the teams. Skills: Client Management Client Solutions Advisory Customer and Client Focus Pipeline Management Relationship Building Collaboration Presentation Skills Prospecting Referral Management Wealth Planning Referral Identification Qualifications: 8+ years of financial services product and/or sales experience. Supervise and mentor the internal sales desk team. Knowledge/experience with capital markets solutions, with an understanding of Market Linked Investments (structured notes), is preferred. Self-motivated individual with a passion for leading people. Series 7, 66, or 63 and 65 required at time of hire. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details: US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Pay range $157,500.00 - $218,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
