Job Type: Fulltime/ContractDuration: 12+ months (Potential Extension)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) As a Java Developer, you will: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. An ideal candidate should have: Experience with SDLC, JAVA/J2EE, RESTful or SOAP web services. Experience with Oracle, Mongo DB, or DB2; Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with continuous integration tools Anthill or Jenkins. Experience with Linux or UNIX; Experience with Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and performance tuning. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins or Urban code Deploy. Experience in Jira; Experience with Application Logging Control tools Splunk. Experience with Maven, Oracle, or SVN. Experience in application performance, monitoring, and optimization tools Blaze meter, JMeter, Splunk, or AppDynamics. Experience in Application Programming Interface (API) design and development. Experience in automations and unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, or Jmeter. Experience in application or software security web application penetration testing, secure code review, or secure static code analysis.
