Proven experience working with private fund sponsors and institutional investors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex legal issues. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Illinois State Bar and in good standing. Skills: Expertise in fund formation, co-investments, and secondary transactions. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
