Job Responsibilities: This job is responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies. The Client Protection UAT individual contributor role is aligned to the Strategy Integration team within Client Protection. This team is a centralized, independent team responsible for deploying fraud strategies and platform initiatives. Responsibilities include working with various partners like project team, technology, strategies, execution, and operations from the inception of a project to deployment to come up with testing framework, test scenarios, and post-deployment validations and monitoring rule performance. Lead efforts around UAT planning and author test plan Lead test plan reviews involving key stakeholders across the line of business and partner services to obtain sign off Partner with LOB subject matter experts to create test scripts based on business requirements and acceptance criteria Lead post-implementation meetings to identify and document issues to avoid in upcoming releases and document best practices to be adopted going forward Closely monitor and manage progress of defects found during testing Additional Responsibilities: Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management Required Qualifications: Ability to lead assessments for process improvements to improve testing Demonstrated ability to make decisions, adapt to change and recommend creative solutions Analytical skills; complex problem-solving skills; ability to lead "horizontally;" effective communication skills; self-motivated; ability to lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives Ability to communicate across and up the organization Must be able to work independently and is not afraid to make a decision and act on it Ability to manage resource plan, secure resources and lead execution of test scripts and document results Deliver communication plan around the test approach, results and supporting documentation and reports with key stakeholders across the LOB and technology and Product Owner teams Escalate issues that are not being resolved on a timely basis or not meeting SLA standards Desired Qualifications: Two+ years Fraud, Claims, Authentication and/or Investigations experience Planning in a monthly Agile release environment Strong project management skills and detail-oriented Strong customer and project deliverables focus Knowledge of HP-ALM, Jira, Testing Tools and ordering data SAS/SQL - Test Data procurement and management Skills: Business Intelligence Data and Trend Analysis Fraud Management Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing Research Business Analytics Data Quality Management Data Visualization Problem Solving Written Communications Analytical Thinking Collaboration Critical Thinking Innovative Thinking Oral Communications Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details: Pay range: $60,900.00 - $95,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
