Office locations include: Monterey (CA), Roseville (CA), Reno (NV), and Spokane (WA). Job Overview Scrum Master II is responsible for overseeing the scrum and development team. They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. To work as a Scrum Master II, you need to hold advanced scrum master certification. Requirements Intermediate level experience in a scrum master role (typically 2+ years) Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Advanced-CSM Certification (A-CSM) Salary Range: $60,122 - $99,201 The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
