Showcasing the magical marriage of heirloom whole wheat flour, a living levain starter, water, and a selective list of exceptional ingredients the breads are the perfect accompaniment to a cheese and charcuterie plate, for a splendid sandwich or served alongside a home-cooked meal. The team is seeking a Pastry Cook - Viennoiserie/Lamination ! Benefits Include: An opportunity for career advancement and professional growth. Qualified candidates will have: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook with well-rounded pastry experience and a focus on Viennoiserie, lamination, dough proofing and bread making. Ability to measure, mix, and prepare ingredients in an accurate and precise manner. Experience with and knowledge of standard kitchen equipment, including electric mixer, oven, roller, cutter, and mold. Eagerness to learn and work with a strong pastry team.
