Nettare is looking for a Baker/Brunch Line Cook to take the lead on pastries and bread for both our AM and PM program as well as being a line cook for our brunch program on Saturdays and Sundays. The expected schedule for this position would be 30 hours a week with 8-10 hour shifts Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 6am-3pm with the opportunity to grow to 40hrs a week with salary. Nettare is a new restaurant in West Town, Chicago that specializes in highlighting local Midwest produce. We make fresh bread, cookies, pastries. We are hiring for this position as part of an effort to increase our AM and cafe hours and offerings. Qualifications: 2-3 years previous baker experience Able to work under pressure 2 years Line Cook experience Be comfortable working in fast paced environments Passionate about food and working with local produce Be able to work independently ServSafe Certified
