Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time General Manager to lead our HVAC team of installers and technicians. Energy Solutions is a top provider and a long-standing HVAC company in beautiful Lake Almanor, CA, a mountain resort area in Northern California that is thriving and growing.The ideal candidate for this position is looking to leave the hustle and bustle of city life and enter a four-season resort area with unlimited recreational opportunities. This candidate must have experience as both a manager and service technician/installer for a minimum of 5-10 years in an HVAC company.As our General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our HVAC company with the potential for growth. Energy Solutions does residential and light commercial services in heating, A/C, solar, and sheet metal fabrication. Our services cover a 75-mile radius of mountain communities, and the company has an excellent reputation with its repeat customers.This management position will earn competitive pay and will be based on experience.
