About the job Supervisor Position: SupervisorShift: 1st | Hours: 10:00pm - 10:30amType: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement Pay Scale: $30hr (Negotiable) | Industry: ManufacturingOur client is seeking a Supervisor for our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this position, applicants will need a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the field.Job Responsibilities:Supervise machining personnel and issue work assignments to machining personnel.Provide leadership, coach, and train personnel to achieve product quality, efficiency, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance standards.Review operations and documentation for compliance to procedures and fixed practice requirements.Coordinate use of manpower between jobs to meet priorities, objectives, eliminate waste, and improve the flow of production.Also responsible for using previous cost data, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and department standards for pricing, and estimates labor and material costs from customer specs for the purpose of preparing bids for contracts for sales costs.Works with Project Management and Production Coordinators to review and communicate data for cost-effective follow-through.Job Requirements:High School Diploma (Preferred)Minimum of 1-3 years of experienceBestLogic Staffing is a Top Staffing Firm thats partnered with some of the largest names in various industries.
