The hours are 8am-5pm with flexibility, with some occasional nights/weekends if neededand overtime is available to those who are interested.Why join us?MedicalDentalVisionSTD, LTDHSA, FSA401k +matchPTO, Paid Holidays and Sick PayCompany VehicleAnd More!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED and 2 or more years' professional experienceBachelor's degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent military experience or Associates Degree with 2 or more years' experience in servicing critical power equipment preferredAbility to travel 75% (occasional nights and weekends) - Usually all local Metro AreaExperience with 3 phase (208/480vac) power distribution equipment (UPS, PDU, STS, Panelboards, etc.) or similar/relevant Military experience and or field service experience.Interested in hearing more?
