Food Runner

Sepia, a Michelin starred restaurant in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago, is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable food runner to join our team ! Requirements:  - Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred - Highly collaborative and team-oriented mindset  - Ability to identify priorities independently - Knack for maintaining a tidy and organized working environment - A gracious and professional demeanor - Night and weekend availability  - Work in tandem with other team members - Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and techniques used - Maintains knowledge of current day reservations, including PONs (People of Note), Dietary restrictions, or other special instructions  via pre-service meetings We are always happy to train for the right candidate, regardless of experience.
