Date Posted:02/25/2025Hiring Organization:Rose InternationalPosition Number:478733Job Title:Human Resources Project Management Office (PMO) - Process MapperJob Location:Remote, USAWork Model:RemoteShift:M-F & 8-5Employment Type:TemporaryEstimated Duration (In months):7Min Hourly Rate ($):65.00Max Hourly Rate ($):70.00Must Have Skills/Attributes:Change Management, Charts, Human Resources, Process ImprovementJob Description***Only qualified HR PMO - Process Mapper candidates located near the Atlanta, GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***Education Requirement:• Bachelor's Degree preferredRequired Experience:• 5 - 7+ years of Process Mapping experience, preferable within global and matrixed organizations• Strong knowledge of HR end-2-end processes, technologies, and best practices• Experience of successfully leading multi-stream or multi-site projects, delivering coherent, workable and "˜bought in to' solutions• Ability to succinctly and clearly communication between different teams involved in project execution• Highly effective and experienced communicator capable of representing the PMO both internally and externally• Meticulous, process-driven and have exceptional organizational skills• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and operating under a high degree of autonomy, and working with a sense of urgency, as project status/issues can change quickly and will require one to pivot and reprioritize as needed• A strong ability to adapt to different contexts, remain flexible and calm under pressure, and be a positive influence with peers• Comfort with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities• Strong attention to detail, as well as a problem-solving mindset• Stays current with industry trends and best practicesPreferred Experience:• Experience managing large scale enterprise implementations preferred• Proficiency in process mapping supportive tools (e.g. Lucidchart, SmartDraw, Microsoft Visio, etc.) required and experience with MSOffice suite is preferredTeam is looking for a seasoned Process Mapper specializing in HR and transformation, where you will be involved with initiatives focused on optimizing our HR programs, end-2-ed processes, and systems, providing insight into as we map out Global processes, help teams brainstorm ideas for process improvement, increase and drive effective communications and establish and implement process documentation.The Process Mapper will report into the HR Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for visually documenting and mapping out the HR organization's existing and future state processes, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and communicating these insights to stakeholders to optimize project execution and efficiency across the organization. This process mapper works closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams globally, to ensure key milestones/tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.The Client HR Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for management of key and strategic HR portfolio initiatives, which include cross-functional programs aimed at driving efficiencies in global end-2-end operations and technical excellence. The HR PMO team brings together the broader HR strategy, delivering transformational initiatives and driving consistent project governance, and risk mitigation.Primary Responsibilities:• Partner with PMO to plan for Global Design Workshops, which will develop global standardized end-2-end processes, including local legal/regulatory items and nuances• Create process diagrams using tools like flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, or value stream maps to document the detailed Global E-2-E workflow for each respective process area, which should clearly identify service delivery roles, self-service and where other technology will apply in the future state• Use appropriate visuals and workflow diagrams, providing a deeper comprehension of outlining how the HR processes currently are designed and operate and conversely create enhanced or new process maps to solve for further improvements, efficiencies, and optimizations• Gather, organize, and analyze data for PMO processes, including tasks, dependencies, decision points, and resource usage• Analyze the process maps to pinpoint areas of redundancy, delays, or bottlenecks that hinder project progress and clearly articulate recommendations/solutions• Identify real or potential issues and propose solutions to streamline processes, optimize delivery / output, and enhance overall project delivery and sustainability• Manage and communicate process maps and improvement plans to key stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior management• Establish a clear vision with delivery route map including interim milestones and long-term measures of success / key performance indicators• Standardize related processes, workstreams and WoW - Creating new/ Improving current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity• Develop tools and resources to adaptably manage a portfolio of transformational projects with predictable consistency, efficiency, and success• Define the appropriate standards of governance and ownership of the project delivery lifecycles• Help to define and enforce consistent project management practices across the organization• Support activities and programs tied to HR transformation project objectives, scope, and deliverables• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to enable to successful design and development of process mapping activities• Ensure effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization to support related initiatives• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry best practices• Identify key dependencies across various workstreams and ensure the project plan is set-up and sequenced to align with dependencies• Monitoring workstream/task statuses, and ensuring they are tracking to the plan for on-time delivery• Facilitate high-level discovery/requirements gathering sessions in scoping the project• "Look ahead" across workstreams to anticipate potential issues and risks, assess severity and collaborate closely with project team to drive resolution, develop options/mitigations to address issues and risks**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. **Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
