Key Outcomes Perform functions to support the Autocar Parts division in exceeding our customers' expectations Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Est. % of Time Spent on Each * Complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy. * Report inventory balances and cycle counts in the ERP and WMS system. Reconcile inventory records for a complete and accurate count. * Repackage and relabel any material that the box has been compromised. * Straighten shelves and bins while cycle counting. * Maintain product identification and location labels. * Ensure bins are accurate. * Replenish primary bins from overstock when necessary. * Operate forklift and other materials handling equipment. * Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople, customer traffic, and employees. * Follow company policies and procedures. * Perform all other duties as assigned. * Investigate MIA parts, as required * Investigate PO discrepancies, as required * Investigate RMA validations * Determine damaged part disposition * Audit of processes related to inventory Position Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * 6 months experience operating a standing forklift * Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management systems * Basic math skills and computer knowledge * Have the ability to read a tape measure in standard measurements. Metric measurements is a plus. * Quick learner who possesses good"¯problem-solving"¯skills * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form. * Quick learner who requires minimal supervision and possesses good problem-solving skills * Team player * Adapts"¯to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. * Able to work independently at a fast pace * Able to tolerate dust/dirt on older product * Able to drive forklift into trailers to load and unload product * Safety focused * Attendance focused * Ability to follow procedures and instructions * Ability to use scanning gun * Ability to routinely manually lift up to 70 pounds * No fear of heights * Forklift certification a plus Key Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Required Education, Certification, Training To perform the job successfully, an individual should have or obtain the following education, certification or training: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
