Travel Pharmacist - $3,063 per week in Edgewood, KY

Job Title: Pharmacist Inpatient Job Specialty: Pharmacy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 5 years required; travel experience preferred License: State License required; KY license can be pending at time of submission, must be in hand by start date Certifications: PharmD (Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy college), ACLS required Must-Have: - Ability to work every 4th weekend - EPIC experience preferred - COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Flu Vaccine required Job Description: - Provide pharmaceutical care with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes. - Offer information and educational programs to customers. - Contribute to the maintenance of performance improvement processes to enhance the medication use process. - Ensure dispensing accuracy and manage pharmacy workflow for accurate and timely dispensing and distribution. - Maintain professional appearance standards, including nails less than 1/4 inch in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, although polish is acceptable. - Follow strict guidelines regarding apparel, avoiding any agency or brand logos. - Participate in orientation, consisting of 16 hours, non-billable. - Expectation to work some holidays and float within the scope.
