Job Title: Property Manager/ Handyman for Residential Home Location: Preston Hollow, Dallas, TX Employment Type: Part-Time, with opportunity to share job with another family's property for full timeCompensation: Competitive Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/property manager to maintain a large house and yard. The ideal candidate will have experience in general home maintenance, light repairs, and outdoor upkeep. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and address maintenance needs efficiently while ensuring the property remains in top condition year-round. Work Schedule: - days per week, 8 hour work day. If full time desired, we can share with another neighbor who is also looking for similar help.- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for urgent repairs or special projects.
