Front of House Staff

Bardea (pronounced: bar-DAY-ah) is a James Beard nominated restaurant that celebrates the simple joy that comes from a meal prepared with creativity, passion, and seasonal ingredients.  The result: an innovative Italian restaurant that captures the upward momentum of downtown Wilmington and brings the community together through food and drink.  Our team works with intention, partnering with organic, regenerative farms and sustainable fisheries for ingredients that are not only exciting for our palates, but also positively impact our environment.   We are looking for front of the house staff for all of our key positions.  this includes: Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Food Runners, and Bussers.
