Serve as the FOH leader for Vin Sur Vingt, upholding high levels of hospitality and service Coordinate FOH and BOH restaurant operations w/ Head Chef Respond efficiently to guest feedback Train new and existing employees on guest service Implement policies and protocols that will restaurant operations Organize staff schedules and supervise shifts Conduct inventory Uphold Dept. of Health and safety regulations Build and maintain a positive working relationship with others by promoting teamwork Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to enable smooth restaurant operations Prepare weekly payroll for FOH Assist new hire, onboarding and employee orientation Uphold lines of communication, maintaining a positive working relationship with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout service KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Independent, self-motivated thinker Strong leadership and communications skills Problem Solving, Multi-Tasking and Delegation 3+ years experience as an FandB Manager in a high-volume restaurant Upscale casual or fine dining experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of industry scheduling platforms such as 7Shifts Organized and detail oriented. Extensive food and beverage (FandB) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
