About the Position: We are seeking a HVAC Commercial Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client to drive business growth and oversee project execution. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in sales, estimating, and project management within the commercial HVAC industry. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial clients to expand the company’s market presence. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer service. Preparing and presenting competitive project estimates to secure new contracts. Overseeing all phases of HVAC commercial projects, from setup to successful closeout, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability. Requirements Proven experience in HVAC commercial construction sales, estimating, and project management. Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships within the construction industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial construction processes, and relevant industry regulations.
