About the PositionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful, on-time, and on-budget completion. Partnering closely with superintendents, you will manage every aspect of the project, from planning to final delivery. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, quality control, safety standards, and workforce coordination, while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Responsibilities: Lead all assigned projects, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect to everyone at all times. Set project direction, align resources, and execute at a high standard to achieve project goals. Establish initial client contact to assess scope of work and identify required resources for successful project completion. Supervise the total construction effort to ensure adherence to safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule requirements. Interface directly with client representatives, architects, engineers, and other contractors. Develop and manage the project schedule to ensure timely completion. Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management, with a proven track record of success in large-scale projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial aspects of construction projects.
