About the Company: $100M National Disaster Restoration Company seeking a Regional Account Manager for their Seattle office. Disaster Restoration company specializing in commercial projects, both mitigation and reconstruction. They have been in the industry for 13+ years now. Strong leadership team, great culture, with an impressive growth plan in place Responsibilities: Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts Identify/develop key partner strategies for specific market segments Prospect and set up appointments via Zoom and face-to-face Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current Participate and represent the company in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project Requirements: 2+ years of sales/BD in commercial disaster restoration. Prefer BD Manager with experience selling $1M+ annually. Commercial verticals including Multi-Family, Educational, Higher Education, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality and/or Manufacturing. Proven Sales experience with a strong new and existing client base.
