Landscaping Maintenance Crew Members & Leaders Landscaping Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks for our commercial clients which include overall bed maintenance, laying of mulch, pruning, and garden installs. Crew Leaders are given attainable goals while leading their crew to accomplish daily work. They are responsible to prepare, care, and operate company equipment as well as direct and develop their crews to ensure quality performance. As a Crew Member you will develop the necessary skills to advance to a Crew Leader position. All positions are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter. Crew Leader: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the landscape industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred. Requirements: * Crew Leader: Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Chauffeur's license and DOT prior to driving a company vehicle. * Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time. * Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period. * Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
