General Manager

Cocktail Kingdom Hospitality, the group behind award winning cocktail bars Mace, Katana Kitten, Superbueno, The Cabinet and Miracle on Ninth, is looking for a dynamic General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic leader with a knowledge of high-volume while keeping cool at all times. This is a unique opportunity to join a lively and creative team.  Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Manage the day-today operations of the bar Oversight of monthly liquor inventory Attend all training sessions mandated by the Company, and enforce attendance of staff at mandated trainings Maintain of health and safety procedures Maintain the physical plant - research solutions for repairs and gain approval from the Director of Operations to execute repairs using approved vendors Day to day operations i.e. reconciling tip sheets, scheduling, reservations oversight Coordinate menu updates and replacements with the Cocktail Kingdom Art Department Establish of strong brand relationships with liquor vendors Be present on the floor during service to touch tables and troubleshoot when necessary Recruits, hires, trains, and develops a high-performing bar team Ensure exceptional guest service and oversees the overall bar experience. Requirements: A passion for the hospitality industry High-end cocktail bar/restaurant experience in a similar role for 2-3 years.
