As a Zuma Pastry Chef de Partie, you are responsible for assisting with the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef to execute pastry recipes with precision and consistency, while also fostering creativity in developing new menu items. Your attention to detail, pastry expertise, and dedication to quality will ensure the success of our pastry program and uphold Zuma's reputation for excellence.
