Line Cook

Nudibranch, is a restaurant currently serving Korean Spanish cuisine in the east village.  We have an amazing team, and are looking for a line cook with a passion for the hospitality industry.  Ideal candidates will have strong line experience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, a willingness to learn and a willingness to help the team provide the best food for our guests. If you: Have at least zero-one year of experience working in NYC Knowledge of Korean/Spanish cuisine is a plus, but not required Are familiar with DOH food safety standards and procedures Maintain the highest levels of sanitation, cleanliness and organization Maintain calm under pressure Positive vibe and great energy Are interested in learning new skills and developing your career 4/5 day work schedule  We would love to hear from you!
