The Navan Treasury team is hiring a Director of Capital Markets to join our growing team! The role is responsible for ensuring access to capital to support the long-term growth of Navan. You will oversee capital planning for the group, spanning multiple business lines, geographies, and funding structures. You will also develop a risk management function across all areas of Treasury risk, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.What You'll Do:Manage current debt facilities across multiple instruments including: warehouses, asset-based lines, term loans, and convertible notesRecommend, negotiate, and execute on new structures and facilities to ensure access to diverse funding sourcesEnsure compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirementsAdvise on strategies to optimize the short-term and long-term capital structureDrive capital allocation and cost of capital optimization initiativesDevelop risk management program to include interest rate, FX, and counterparty riskPartner with FP&A on financial modeling and to develop a free cash flow forecast to support strategic decision-making and liquidity managementCollaborate across Finance, Legal, Credit, and Product teamsPrepare regular and ad hoc reporting to senior executives and the Board of DirectorsDevelop capital planning and balance sheet forecasting based on drivers such as warehouse facility activity and other capital markets and corporate activitiesWhat We're Looking For:8+ years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or a related fieldDeep understanding of diverse debt and equity instruments and funding sources; experience managing facilities, amendments, and legal documentation of credit facilitiesStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills with a bias toward actionTeam Player. Willingness to take on new challenges and support new initiatives within a growing organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersAbility to influence at all levels of an organizationBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
