Your role at Tumi: The Production Coordinator will provide support for the Creative Services department, based in New York City. The Production Coordinator manages and organizes all global product photography and video as well as acts as key production support to the Head of Creative Services for all global campaign shoots. Responsibilities: * Coordinate product samples for all department photo shoots, ensuring timely receipt and delivery. * Collaborate with Creative Services to upload assets to servers and project management systems. * Manage product approvals with Product Management for accuracy on external and regional shoots (PDP assets, videos, seasonal shoots). * Handle server management, asset sharing, and troubleshooting regional inquiries. * Supply asset requests for APAC, VM, Retail, Training, etc. * Ensure products are represented according to brand standards in global campaigns. * Assist in global campaign shoot production as needed. * Manage product sample inventory and coordinate eComm photography (requests, tracking, delivery, returns). * Oversee external studio PDP shoots, providing approvals and feedback. * Coordinate sample delivery and return to studio. * Collaborate with Product Management teams for weekly image approvals and product accuracy. * Work with EComm and IT to ensure correct SKU setup and troubleshoot issues. * Approve product images during shoots. * Manage "always on" PDP shoots (planning, attendance, post-production, invoicing). * Collaborate with Product Manager and Merchandising to review seasonal product focuses. * Oversee on-model PDP videos and direct styling. * Provide studio direction with spec sheets and update TUMI "Style Guide." * Meet weekly with the studio to discuss shoot schedules. * Manage product imagery budget and process invoices and POs.
