Join us on our mission to democratize government contracting success and shape the future of this vital sector.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic VP of Sales with extensive experience in scaling SaaS sales organizations and breaking into new market opportunities. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building and leading a top-tier sales team, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers. You will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to run the sales organization and drive rapid growth. Your leadership will be crucial in developing a sales machine that delivers results and fosters a culture of excellence and innovation.Ideal CandidateDemonstrated success in scaling a SaaS sales organization from approximately $20M in ARR to $100M+.Deep expertise in SaaS sales strategies and market expansion.Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.Strong leadership skills with a focus on culture building and team development.Mastery of Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with sales tools such as Gong and ZoomInfo.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth targets.Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to drive expansion and revenue growth.Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure alignment and synergy between sales and marketing efforts.Leverage Salesforce (SFDC) mastery and other sales tools, such as Gong and ZoomInfo, to optimize sales processes and performance.Implement innovative coaching and acceleration strategies to enhance team capabilities and results.Establish and uphold best practices in sales management, processes, and methodologies.Ensure the scalability and reliability of the sales organization through robust structure and leadership.Manage the sales budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, promoting professional growth and development.Cultivate a strong sales culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.Required ExperienceExtensive experience in scaling SaaS sales organizations at growth-stage companies.Strong background in sales management and strategy.Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.RequirementsU.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive salary with stock options in a rapidly growing, venture-backed company.Comprehensive health plan to ensure you and your loved ones are well taken care of.Flexible work arrangements, including full remote work capabilities.Extensive professional development opportunities for career advancement.Notice:Background Check Required.
