With a dynamic and inclusive environment, this company is shaping the future of wireless intelligence, and they are looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to play a key role in their mission. This is one of the most critical hires at the company, working directly alongside the co-founders to define and build the ML foundation for next-generation signal processing technology. The Role As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of ML models tailored for constrained embedded environments. You will drive experimentation, develop novel datasets, and apply advanced signal processing techniques to enhance real-time wireless analysis. Key Responsibilities: Architect and optimize ML models for embedded systems and signal-processing applications Design and implement data pipelines, enabling scalable model training and validation Work hands-on with radio signal processing data, Nvidia TensorRT, and CUDA for real-time ML inference Develop and refine experimental frameworks to support cutting-edge research in spectral data analysis Collaborate with founders and key stakeholders to define strategic ML initiatives and contribute to quarterly deliverables Your Skills & Experience Strong background in machine learning, signal processing, and embedded systems Expertise in spectral data analysis, experimental design, and cost-optimized cloud computing Hands-on experience with Nvidia technologies (TensorRT, CUDA) and high-performance ML model deployment Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Linux OS Prior experience in a startup environment with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Background in research related to machine learning or signal processing Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field Comfortable working on defense industry projects The Benefits A competitive base salary of $200,000 - $225,000 plus equity and benefits.
