Sr.Java Lead

· Work within a technically strong team to design and build new systems as well as support and enhance current systems. · Develop and maintain architecturally sound, modular, component-driven Java applications. · Create, maintain, and organize system & design documentation, test plans, etc. Qualifications Experience required: Technical Skills: 8+ years Java J2EE with complex multi-layer applications. Strong working knowledge of Swing and EJB. Working knowledge on Spring/Hibernate. Working knowledge of an appropriate UI framework (jQuery, AngularJS, etc) would be an added advantage. Strong working knowledge of SQL. Excellent object-oriented design & programming skills, including working knowledge and experience in using UML and design patterns. Experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ or Eclipse, and tools such as CVS/Maven. Overall Skills: Very strong communication and critical thinking skills. Solid foundation in troubleshooting application and data issues. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and assess priority. Ability to fit into a team-oriented environment with a positive influence. Ability to handle changes in business requirements and priorities across multiple projects.
