Business Systems Administrator LOCATION Portland, OR or Remote Job Description Hydrolix is a fast growing startup that is revolutionizing the world of data management and analytics. As we rapidly scale our business, we are working to develop and implement our key business infrastructure to integrate efficient and effective capturing, reporting, and analysis of our organizational data. The Business Systems Administrator will work across the company to help evaluate, build, and document the business system processes used by individual departments and ensure the synchronization of this information with the organization data warehouse. This is a fast paced, dynamic environment that requires a solution-based mindset and rewards those who value creative problem solving. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the needs of department stakeholders Review current and potential solutions for more efficient operation Execute software buildout/rollout of department system applications and organizational infrastructure Document new processes to ensure successful training of employees Qualifications and Skills Proficiency with back-end and front-end development on a variety of business systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot, Excel, Zapier) Exceptional project management and communication skills Analytical and creative thinking Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with multiple programming languages (HTML/CSS, Python, APIs, webhooks, SQL) Data warehouse, BI systems experience To apply, please send your resume, cover letter, and any relevant references to We look forward to seeing how you can make an impact at Hydrolix.
