Job Responsibilities An individual responsible for end to end Sales Cloud implementation Work with the business team Interact with the client/other stakeholders Participate in requirement gathering sessions, create the business requirement document Translate business requirement into technical solutions Development & configuration of Sales Cloud functionalities Manage the Salesforce deployment from one environment to another Lead the Salesforce demos/POCs for clients and participate in client workshops Work in a cross-functional Agile team Required Job Qualifications (must have skills) 7 to 10 years of working experience with the Salesforce platform Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and suggest business solutions by analyzing Out-of-Box (OOB) features vs. Custom Development vs. 3rd Party (AppExchange) products Implementation experience of at least 2-4 Sales Cloud projects Good understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities and processes Aware of all advanced features of Salesforce and how they can be used to make Sales Cloud implementation efficient Good hands-on experience in Sales Cloud configuration/customization Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, and Force.com Integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST API Understanding of Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards Knowledge of deployment activities between Salesforce environments Good experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERPs, Legacy Systems, etc.), knowledge of SOAP and REST API Good verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) between Salesforce environments Experience in data migration using Data Loader Good to have skills/certifications Knowledge of Service and Community Cloud #J-18808-Ljbffr
