Oversee the design and implementation of closed basin stormwater projects, specializing in nutrient net improvement in impaired water bodies and FEMA floodplains. Provide expert guidance in stormwater engineering, making value engineering recommendations to clients for optimized project outcomes. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and goals, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and successful project delivery. Manage the permitting process for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Lead the design efforts on master planned Single-Family, Multifamily, and Build-to-Rent communities, including but not limited to AutoCAD Civil 3D drawing and modeling, mass grading and AGTEK cut and fill analysis, multiple interconnected lift station in series design and calculations, Stormwater design by ICPR with and without percolation rings, Recovery and Infiltration analysis with PONDS, erosion control best management plans (BMPs) such as sediment basins, skimmer basins, diversion ditches, etc. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's In Civil Engineering, Environmental Land Planning, Land Surveying, Industrial Engineering or related. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 8 years' experience required with wetland and surface water mitigation, minimization and reduction; erosion control best management plans (BMPs) including sediment basins, skimmer basins, and diversion ditches; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D design and modeling with surfaces and pipe networks; experience with ICPR modeling with and without Percolation rings + 3 years' experience (within the 8 years) with closed basin stormwater design. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 20% domestic travel to client sites and meetings. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Possess a license as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
