Qualifications 10+ years work experience in enterprise-level merchant sales for a B2B technology company 5+ years leading a team targeting Enterprise-level merchant accounts Strong understanding for the checkout experience and how ecommerce businesses operate Demonstrated success in a high-growth environment, and have contributed to the scaling of sales operations, demonstrating adaptability and a results-oriented mindset You are excited about innovations in payments and consumer behavior You have a strong desire to build something of scale, coupled with the grit required to achieve ambitious business goals You inspire and lead teams to success through effective communication and collaboration Ability and willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% You exemplify Skipify values - you're autonomous, action-oriented, accountable for what you do and you use these values to drive decisions You've got a spark that drives you - a competitive spirit and a collaborative nature that brings others along with you to win together You bring your A-game - striving to do your best work; the kind that raises the bar for others around you Responsibilities As the VP of Enterprise Sales of Skipify, you will play a critical role as we rapidly grow This role requires a strategic-leader who will work alongside the CCO to accelerate Skipify's adoption in the market, with the ability to lead and grow the Enterprise org Execute and build on a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligning with company growth objectives Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals focused on building enterprise-level merchant accounts Actively engage and build rapport with Enterprise merchants, assimilating feedback to inform and enhance products and services Build and nurture deep trusted relationships within fintech or ecommerce sectors Work collaboratively with the product team, providing market insights to influence product roadmaps and enhance offerings for enterprise clients Work closely with the technical solutions team to ensure successful onboarding Be a strategic thinker, contributing to the overall business strategy and aligning sales initiatives with broader company objectives Exhibit a strong desire to build something of scale, contributing the effort and grit required to achieve ambitious business goals This is a hybrid or remote role and will report into the Chief Commercial Officer based in the Bay Area Benefits Unlimited paid time off 90% coverage of health, dental, vision for Employees and dependents Wellness reimbursement USD 125 / month 401k platform USD 500 home office set up reimbursement 16 weeks parental leave (within first year of welcoming a child) Flexible WFH policy Salary range of $250,000 - $500,000/yr USD Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to, skillset, depth of experience, certifications, and work locations The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
