Manage timelines and deploy improvements projects to meet business objectives. Drive projects to completion meeting or exceeding KPIs.You will manage process improvement initiatives by working closely with key stakeholders and business partners. Take full accountability of timeline management, communication with LT and results.You will direct the documentation of the new processes created. Plan for and execute appropriate training and knowledge transfer across the organization.You will lead on-going meetings with project teams, stakeholders and/or Ops LT to provide status updates, risk call-outs and results reporting.You will conduct and present ad-hoc analysis.You will perform other duties as assigned.WHO YOU AREYou have solid experience in project management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key milestones and deliverables.You have a deep understanding of supply chain end to end processes and planning.You have strong inter-personal skills to manage interactions with people at different level of the organization (up to SVP level).You have BS or engineering degree.You have ideally 7-10 years of Beauty industry-related experience with the ability to take on a head of function strategic role.You are an autonomous, strategic thinker.You have the capacity to manage multiple topics at the same time.You build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.You align and engage the Team in a common Vision.You embrace and initiate changes.You are rigorous and process driven.You have excellent knowledge of timeline management.You strive for excellence in execution.You have a global understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and packaging activities.You have a clear understanding of overall Project timelines, formula development, OTC process, scale-up challenges, supplier development timelines in a context of a global launch footprint.You are PC literate and competent with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Pivot table functionalities).You have excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, good listening skills, providing support with trust, respect and transparency).You can present to Executive Committee team members clearly, concisely and provide thorough summaries of critical issues & recommendations.You have Entrepreneurial spirit: taking initiative and drive clarity and resolution.You drive projects with full ownership, and hold team members accountable to ensure all steps of the timeline are met.You have the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.You have problem Solving skills: ability to predict, recognize and define meaningful corrective actions to problems, including a good understanding of Packaging defects.You are willing to take risks and to consider new approaches to improve the organization's competitive position.If this sounds like you, we want you on our team.
