ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:Responsible for sourcing, screening, attracting, and hiring top quality candidates, using smart and cost-effective sourcing solutions while monitoring internal and external applicant flow in line with department processes and goals.Champions departmental policies, systems, and philosophies; positively stands behind them and communicates them.Proactively collaborates with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, job competencies, and skill gaps.Proactively thinks about company growth and dynamics and matches candidates to roles that best fit their skillset.Serves as a relationship manager for select colleges, universities, or technical/diversity associations.Embraces company brand, mission, and values and promotes them to external customers.Continuously develops business knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry and key corporate challenges, and current market dynamics.Attends relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and local networking events to promote employer brand and employment opportunities.Develops and participates in process improvements and new program initiatives supportive of talent acquisition strategy.Responsible for performing the administrative functions of the recruitment process including job postings, timely communication with candidates, requisition management, and applicant paperwork.Drives and manages the candidate experience throughout the selection process including offer acceptance and new hire onboarding.Maintains strict confidentiality for all sensitive information.Proactively utilizes Applicant Tracking Systems to develop meaningful metrics and track progress of applicants.Sets high recruitment standards, always taking into consideration operational excellence and compliance.Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis (or in accordance with posted schedule).Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.Embodies employer's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent training and experience preferred.Minimum of four (4) years of experience within talent acquisition preferred; minimum of two (2) years of full cycle recruitment experience required.Experience working in a regulated environment (biotech, diagnostics, medical device) strongly preferred.High degree of personal initiative and achievement motivation, setting personal standards of excellence and ongoing performance improvement.Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with HR colleagues, managers, community partners, and vendors.Ability to work across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaboration.Ability to deliver results while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.Exceptional organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
