Verndale Associate Director, Content Strategy in Boston, MassachusettsThe Associate Director (AD) is a storyteller and client-facing leader capable of utilizing the full breadth of our talent. ADs work closely with Directors and VPs to design, pitch, and craft award-winning experiences on behalf of our clients. Presents reasoning, evidence, and conclusions clearly and concisely. Structures arguments in a coherent manner.Possesses working knowledge of a broad range of technical considerations related to delivering launch-ready digital assets.Capable of drawing well-reasoned conclusions from evidence and logic. Assesses the strength of arguments and identifies potential consequences.Proficiency in understanding and explaining the meaning of data, arguments, and information. Recognizes underlying assumptions and implications.Ability to assess the credibility and relevance of sources, information, and arguments. Distinguishes between fact and opinion, and identifies biases or logical fallacies.Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns and relationships, and break down problems into manageable parts.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.Experience with JS frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Vue) considered a plus.Experience working within WCAG guidelines considered a plus.Strong conceptual skills.
