Core job responsibilities include:Assist with case strategy and preparation, conducting legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACEREnsure accuracy and precision by conducting cite-checking, Bluebooking, and proofreading briefs, complaints, and other documentsManage deadlines and case materials, including exhibits and court filingsSupport trial preparation through deposition summaries and hearing preparationContribute to client development initiativesFile in State and Federal court systemsWe are seeking candidates with 2+ years of securities or complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting. Proven expertise in Bluebook citation formatting and Federal court filing is required for consideration.
