Your expertise will not only oversee and manage various project pursuits but also ensure that every bid submission is comprehensive and competitive. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to craft winning proposals that highlight our strengths and capabilities to secure impactful projects.Responsibilities:Report to the Regional Proposal Lead, overseeing Divisional Proposal Team members and assignments.Manage staff, including time sheets, assignments, performance reviews, and responsibilities.Oversee proposal collection and creation, ensuring all required items are included before the bid deadline.Meet with internal clients to support pursuit strategy, including Business Unit Lead, business development, and pre-construction.Coordinate and track the collection of forms, information, and data required for each pursuit, ensuring completion of all Owner's requests.Develop and manage the proposal schedule within pursuit and submittal deadlines.Support the Regional Proposal Lead and/or Director in proposal strategy sessions and workshops.Lead or support interview preparation, deliverables, and coordination with an interview coach.Create the proposal compliance matrix and assign tasks to the proposal team.Develop and implement the Proposal Work Plan to meet RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.Assemble proposal documents in various software formats, ensuring all criteria are included before the deadline.Review and edit proposal content to support a unified voice methodology.Train and mentor proposal team staff, supporting the proposal/pursuit process and internal forms processes.Oversee surety and bonding information and required signature documents.Coordinate with JV partners and subcontractors to obtain necessary proposal information.Compile technical writing and support documentation based on interviews and examples provided by estimators, engineers, and subject matter experts.Proofread, edit, and standardize proposal text for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, and style.Develop and manage layout, design, and document feel to ensure a marketing-quality product.Coordinate with the Regional Lead for graphic design assignments.Ensure data integrity and updated CRM data in Deltek Vantagepoint or other related proposal systemsInterested in hearing more?
