Chief Financial OfficerReporting directly to the Global COO, the Chief Financial Officer will hold a critical and essential role for the Company (the "Company").Specifically, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee and manage a skilled Accounting and Finance team that is responsible for the following core functions within the Company:Management of the Company's FP&A functionManagement of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of company's consolidated financial statementsManagement of the Company's global treasury activitiesManagement of the Company's consolidated US tax filingsManagement of the Company's annual external auditOversight of the accounting for the Company's Corporate HeadquartersImplementation, documentation, and maintenance of the Company's internal controlsAs a member of the Company's senior financial team, it is expected that the Chief Financial Officer will operate with a sense of commitment, urgency, responsibility, and integrity. Further, as a leader in this organization, the Chief Financial Officer will need to lead their team(s) and their departments' deliverables in a timely, accurate and organized fashion with an eye for driving efficiency and bottom-line growth as we collectively strive to increase the Company's shareholder value.The Chief Financial Officer will have a successful track record of working in a multi-national/multi-currency organization, building cooperation and collaboration across the various functions and geographies of the organization to help the Company plan and execute against its strategic and operational initiatives.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry and must possess a deep technical knowledge and application of GAAP. S/he should have experience leading a finance and operations team in a global operating environment. Additionally, s/he should be a self-starter that works proactively and communicates effectively with their leadership, their team, and their colleagues across the organization.The Chief Financial Officer will have:15+ years of overall combined finance/accounting experienceExperience working in at a "Big Four" or national accounting firm for at least 3+ years preferredCertified Public Accountant preferredPossess a deep analytical capability with a natural curiosity and desire to uncover hidden opportunitiesExceptional work ethic and willingness to work "after hours" to get the job finishedAble to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order over sameAbility to balance high-level strategic thinking with a willingness to be scrappy and get his/her hands dirty when necessaryA natural inclination to solve problems in a nimble fashion while gaining alignment with key team membersPossess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex data in a concise and understandable mannerStrong presentation skills including the presentation of financial information to a non-financial audience including experience presenting financial results to a Board of DirectorsHistory of strong ethical behavior a mustStrong GAAP and financial reporting technical skillsGrace under pressure and a comfort with ambiguity#J-18808-Ljbffr
