The ideal candidate will be responsible for Strategic Planning, benchmarking analysis, Management Consulting, and thoughtful strategic road mapping for firm growth moving forward.Responsibilities:Responsible for leading on key aspects of strategic business solutions whose intent are to improve business continuity and continually explore new options with regards to operational design and executionWork with project management (PMO) team on functional efficiencies with respect implementing best practicesManage program dependencies between projects and milestonesConduct research to inform and guide solutionsImplement engagement finance dashboard allowing senior leadership to monitor program financial health, budget forecasts, and profitability across all teams within firmLead strategic partnerships and advise Management Team on deal structures and negotiationsPresent due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment CommitteeReview and monitor Private Equity Data/Risk metricsCoordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of DirectorsPrepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimatesRequirements:Minimum of 2+ years most recent experience Banking or Management Consulting, Financial Services Experience;Private Equity/M&A/ Investment Banking (Insurance) strongly preferredTop Academic pedigreeMBA highly desirableCorporate Development/M&A/Transaction AdvisoryAdvanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skillsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development, Strategy/Planning, and ConsultingIndustriesVenture Capital and Private Equity Principals, Capital Markets, and Financial Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
