VisitOur Peoplepage to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.Primary Purpose:The Director, Amazon Marketplace is responsible for driving the Coach business on Amazon"”directing the strategic vision of all Amazon initiatives and ensuring effective execution and alignment with company objectives to drive growth and enhance brand positioning. This role will also help to set up the key organizational structure and processes to help drive a high performing on-going functional area. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and be able to identify opportunities or issues and recommend action plans. This role will require a deep understanding of our customer, high level strategic and organizational agility, and the ability to influence across the company and within their own team. This is a highly cross-functional position both internally and externally that requires strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, budget management, and fiscal knowledge.
