Mai Placement ($130,000) - Brooklyn, NY, United StatesDirector of Perks & EngagementLocation:Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)Salary:$115,000-$135,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamicDirector of Perks & Engagementto lead and expand a unique perks program designed to enhance caregiver satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experience in hospitality, perks programs, or wellness services, and a passion for improving employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership:Develop and execute a strategy to expand and optimize the perks program.Service Innovation:Introduce new offerings and engagement tools tailored to caregiver needs.Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring a seamless experience.Team & Partner Management:Lead staffing, vendor partnerships, and business growth initiatives.Marketing & Business Growth:Use data-driven strategies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.Technology Utilization:Implement solutions to streamline services and improve user experience.Cross-Department Collaboration:Work with internal teams to align perks with business goals.Must-HavesProven experience in hospitality, spa management, wellness programs, or employee engagement initiatives.Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Willingness to travel regularly and work nights/weekends as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience in marketing, business operations, or rewards programs.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact program that directly enhances the well-being of caregivers.
