What you'll do...Support our production teams by providing direction and instruction to attain production goals.Reinforce, coach and mentor teams on the importance of following all food and people safety rules.Participate in the training events around rules, regulations, safety, and job expectations.Participate in CI projects to resolve challenges and improve efficiencies.Oversee plant operations and sanitation processes.Why you'll be successful...Proven ability to safely lead your team through following all food and people guidelines.Utilizing knowledge from your 1-3 years' experience with supervising teams in a food manufacturing environment to coach and develop your team.Organized and methodical approach to managing daily production schedules and successfully addressing challenges as they arise.Inspired leader who motivates their team and encourages and supports their growth and success.Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo's team succeeds.How to join our team...Let us learn a little more about how you'll fit on our team
